Exchange and return

At Youwell.nl we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Every item sold on Youwell.nl comes with a 12-day ‘no questions asked returns and money back’ guarantee. This means that on the 13th day you are the owner of the watch or jewel.

To qualify for a full refund, please note that the article must not have been worn and any product labels, tags and/or seals must be in tact. Please try on your purchase with all labels, tags and seals in place, and only remove them after you are satisfied you wish to keep the product.

To return
To return your item, please:
1. Fill in the return form.
2. Return the article, unused and with the article coding, in its original packaging.
3. Deliver the package well sealed at a post office.
4. Send the package with a note of insured reception, and keep the sent receipt and the bar code well.
The sent receipt with the bar code are your insurance for the sending. Without this proof Youwell.nl cannot make a reimbursement. The TNT receipt is proof of your guarantee.
