Delivery


How will my order be delivered?
Care will be taken to ensure that your order via Youwell.nl reaches you in perfect condition. To ensure this, all orders will be posted using TNT Post Registered Delivery – which is insured and requires a signature upon receipt. Youwell.nl will inform you via email before your order is sent to TNT post. At the same time, you will receive your personal code, including a link to allow you access to the TNT Post internet site to check and follow the status of your delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will receive a card from the TNT Post with which you can pick up your order at the post office.

Do I get a certificate?
All items of jewellery from Youwell.nl will be sent and delivered in a perfect state accompanied by an invoice and packaged in a luxurious way. We can deliver a Jewellery report from the Hoge Raad voor Diamant in Antwerp on demand, against payment of the expenses. The delivery time wil take a little longer.

How long does it take before my order is in house?
After receiving your payment Youwell.nl will dispatch your ordered article. If your article is in stock you will receive your order within an average of 4-8 working days. If however, your article is not in stock the average delivery period is approximately 20-30 working days. Our customer service will inform you automatically by e-mail if the delivery period is longer than 8 working days.

What are the delivery costs?
All our orders within the Netherlands are sent at the expense of Youwell.nl. You therefore pay no delivery costs.

To which countries is it possible to send orders?
Youwell.nl sends jewellery and watches to all countries in Europe and North America. All prices are in EURO and include VAT, excluding delivery costs (unless otherwise mentioned in the product related information). The delivery costs for these countries are at the cost of the buyer/consumer. If the recipient is not in the country of sending at the time of delivery, then the recipient is responsible for the possible VAT or import duties applicable in the country of reception.

Special offers
All special offers at Youwell.nl are non-committal. Special offers occur subject to the availability of products. When a product is unexpectedly no longer deliverable, you will be informed by e-mail and a possible alternative will be offered.

Price changes
Youwell.nl has the right to change prices and to possibly modify the price due to typing errors. If you should become disadvantaged because of this, you will be informed by e-mail. You have then the right to cancel your order.

Combined pricing
In case of a combined order where not all items in that order are available, we have no obligation to supply these item(s) that are available as part of the entire price given for the combined order.

Differences in products
Some products offered on this website may vary slightly from the information given, especially in terms of colours. Slight differences must therefor be allowed for. These differences do not discharge the purchaser from their agreement to purchase. All pictures, drawings, design and sizes are only a general representaton of the items on offer. Minor changes to the construction of the products which do not significantly alter the end product either technically or aesthetically, do not create any obligation for Youwell.nl to reimburse the purchaser nor does it create the right for the purchaser to refuse the goods.

Deviations in products
With respect to all offered goods, besides what is already stated on the online information, normal and/or usual tolerances apply. In particular, explicit reservation is made with respect to nuances in the stated colour of the goods. Small deviations in the online information, images and/or descriptions are therefore reserved. Such deviations can dismiss the constituency and the obligations of the customer/principal/contractor??from the agreement. The images, drawings and sizes as shown in the web shop is only a general show in part of all offered articles. Changes in the construction, as a result of which the real implementation deviates slightly from the images, drawings or sizes but as a result of which there are no substantial modification brought in the technical and aesthetic implementation of the article, Youwell.nl is not obliged to compensate and does not give the assignee the right to refuse the receipt of the goods. Changes due to the lack of hallmarks are compensated for Youwell.nl free of charge.

Payment
The main rule for payment is that delivery takes place only after the payment has been received. Payment can take place by means of a protected payment system.

Delivery periods.
The delivery periods indicated on the website and in the order confirmations are considered as an indication and not as an exact period. Youwell.nl is not responsible for damages as a result of delays in delivery periods.

Period of supply
If Youwell.nl is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you can cancel your order free of charge.

Do you have a complaint?
If your received article does not correspond with your order you should get in touch with us via info@youwell.nl . You can also email us should you have any other complaints and we will settle this within 2 working days.
